Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการวัดและประเมินผลออนไลน์ รายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้แพลตฟอร์มการวัดและประเมินผลออนไลน์ รายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย จำนวน 2 ท่าน 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา จำนวน 3 ท่าน 3) บุคลากรเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องการจัดสอบรายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง จำนวน 50 ท่าน และ 4) นิสิตซึ่งลงทะเบียนเรียนในกลุ่มรายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง ในปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 200 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เว็บไซต์การวัดและประเมินผลรายวิชาข้อสอบกลางออนไลน์ 2) แบบประเมินเว็บไซต์การวัดและประเมินผลรายวิชาข้อสอบกลางออนไลน์ 3) แบบประเมินการใช้แพลตฟอร์มการวัดและประเมินผลออนไลน์ รายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการวัดและประเมินผลออนไลน์ รายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนในการใช้งาน มีระบบสร้างรายวิชา สามารถสร้างองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ของรายวิชา ควบคุมการแสดงผลรายวิชา มีระบบการสร้างบทเรียนรองรับการใส่เนื้อหาตามความต้องการของผู้สอน และคลังข้อสอบรายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง ที่ใช้ในการจัดสอบเป็นชุดตามมาตรฐานตัวชี้วัดของมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาของผู้เรียน ระบบการวัดและประเมินผลรายวิชาข้อสอบกลางออนไลน์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย มีความเหมาะสมต่อการนำมาใช้พัฒนารูปการณ์เรียนการสอน และการสอบ 2) ผลการประเมินการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มการวัดและประเมินผลออนไลน์ โดยผู้สอนและผู้เรียน โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยสรุป แพลตฟอร์มการวัดและประเมินผลออนไลน์ รายวิชาข้อสอบกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เป็นนวัตกรรมการศึกษาที่มีความเหมาะสมต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้และตอบสนองการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต This Article aimed to study 1) to develop the online measurement and evaluation platform of the central examination questions’ subjects of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, 2) to evaluate the result of using the online measurement and evaluation platform of the central examination questions’ subjects of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. This is a mixed method with the sample group that consists of 1) two executives of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, 2) three experts in educational technology, 3) fifty personnel in making the central examination questions’ subjects, and 4) two hundred students who register to learn the central examination questions’ subjects of the year 2023/2566. The tools used for doing the research consist of 1) the website of online measurement and evaluation of the central examination questions’ subjects, 2) the evaluation form of the website of online measurement and evaluation of the central examination questions’ subjects, and 3) the evaluation form of using the platform of the online measurement and evaluation of the central examination questions’s subjects of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The statistics used are percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.).
